Techstars Startup Week Fort Lauderdale

This presentation will provide information about the Patent and Trademark Resource Center at  the Broward County Main Library in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and the various resources for startups such as assistance in guiding entrepreneurs in performing their own patent and trademark searches, learning opportunities via simulcasted webinars from the USPTO, and the availability of the Virtual Assistance Pilot Program, a videoconference service provided by the USPTO to pro-se patent applicants for procedural and administrative assistance (no legal advice) with patent applications.
